Welcome to the 2008 Season! Your coaching staff is excited to start off the season this Friday August 1st and want to welcome you all to the team! We are looking forward to a fun and successful year. Some new news and some reminders:
We are no longer able to use the baseball field next to VMMS for practice. Our practice site is assigned--it is the field to the left of the turf field, all the way back and to the left. We will be in right field of the back baseball field. Please try arriving at least 10 minutes before 6pm as it is quite a walk. Parents, you are welcome to make the trek to pick up, or we will walk up to the snack shack at the end of practice--which will be 8pm 8/1, and the next week of 8/4. I will be handing out calendars once the dress scrimmage and games are set.
Girls, bring a towel, water and bug spray to all practices outside, have cheer sneakers on, hair off face, nails cut and no jewelry. Bring your inhalers if you need them and be ready to condition. Start some stretching and jogging this week to get ready. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday! :-)
